By accessing and using the Pharmapool Academy platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Course Enrollment & Access
Enrolling in a Pharmapool Academy course grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the educational materials for your personal or internal business use. Course access durations are specified at the time of purchase.
3. 7-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all course enrollments. If you are not satisfied with the course content, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase, provided that you have not successfully completed more than 20% of the curriculum.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, formulation guides, and proprietary chemistry protocols, are the exclusive property of Pharmapool Synergy Solutions Nigeria Limited. Unauthorized distribution, copying, or resale is strictly prohibited.
5. B2B Consultancy Services
Consultancy services provided via the platform are governed by separate master service agreements. Pharmapool Academy does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes for individual product launches but ensures adherence to global formulation standards.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we provide scientifically accurate training, Pharmapool Academy is not liable for any skin sensitivities, production failures, or regulatory issues resulting from individual student's formulation attempts outside of professional supervision.
